So, this is the big time. We will be taking in applications for staff. Takashi, Stori, Magma, and Tao will be judging your applications. The one we pick gets the spot. Now we're going to have three admins, three global mods. So, Two spots for global mods. We might open up later with diffrent kinds of mods.

Why I'm fairly good with graphics and I've admined numerous of sites since I started out roleplaying. Examples are FESTiVAL OF ASYLUM and CANTARELLA. Both of the site graphics were done by me, as well as the coding and other forum like content.

Why Well, I've been roleplaying for a couple of years, and honestly I feel like I'm a big enough contributor to most websites that I should be on staff. First of all, I have plenty of time on my hands to do things for the site. Not to mention I have a habit of reading all of the threads. So as far as checking things under the category of grammatical errors and all of the English that applies to that, I would be able to put a lot of time into a plethora of different places. And I love reading profiles and correcting them to make sure all the jutsu are right. Also, I usually memorize the rules of a website promptly after registering for it, so I could help those who are confused in the chat box.

Basically, time and dedication are something I have a large amount of. It would be doing myself a favor to be able to busy myself with the duties of a staff member. So please take into consideration my application, and I look forward to hearing results. ^_^

Why I have adminned a few sites in the past, I have also had experience advising the admin of a currently running site, 32usmcrpg.proboards.com My screenname on that site is Wright, James. I have some good leadership experience and I'm always willing to lend a hand. I tend to spend a lot of time on sites, even if im the only one I lurk and read thread to familiarize myself with them. I'm pretty easy to get along with and I'm good with listening to those above me.

If needed I can serve to give a critical message or two, though I much prefer to have a friendly atmosphere with the other members. From a staff perspective I dont necessarily have photoshop or design skills but as far as administration and Logistics go I can offer a lot. I will try my utmost to not let people down if given the position but most importanly I'm all about the members having fun, and if they cant have fun while following the rules than they should probably go elsewhere.

Why I have been RPing for at least 10 years now, and always seem to become good friends with the staff. This is because I have a very friendly and laid back personality. I am really chill for the most part, but can be really silly at times. I am also very good with graphics, both anime and real life. I have seamless blending skills, plus I work with Adobe Photoshop CS3. My weapon of choise is my wacom tablet, though I recently lost my pen for it, which has made making graphics a bit more difficult (especially since I have a severely swollen finger)

As for my experience on websites, I am currently a mod on Hogwarts Online School and have had experience being both admin and moderator on many sites before. I know a lot about the proboards codes.

With my friendly and accepting nature, I believe that I would make a good moderator, not just because of my experience, but because I am very good at recruiting new members. I have a way with words and persuasion that can bring guests and stalkers to actually join. I also have no qualms about who I post with, and am always full of new ideas and suggestions. I also do not do anything unless I am told, so I pretty much need a to-do list of what I can do so it can be marked off.

An example of my staff work can be found HERE at HOS. Some of the information such as the fonts and colors were given to me by other members, and I made sure to give them credit. As for the majority of the information, it was written by me from scratch, then confirmed by the main admin. As you can see, I'm very thorough with my work, love lists, as well as supplying all information about proboards that I can.

I also know a fair bit about html code, at least enough to add things to the sidebar if needed.
